Special Data Information & Consent

Document covering allergies, medical restrictions, and other sensitive requirements provided in the context of travel organisation.
1. When this applies
This notice applies only where the user provides special data required for organising travel, such as health data, allergies, medical restrictions, disabilities, reduced mobility, special assistance needs, or other sensitive information.
2. Purpose of processing
Special data is processed exclusively for the organisation and delivery of the requested tourist services — for example, to communicate requirements to the hotel, carrier, guide, restaurant, insurer, or other relevant supplier.
3. Explicit consent
By ticking the dedicated checkbox when completing a request or booking, the user gives their explicit consent to the processing of special data voluntarily provided, for the purpose of organising the trip.
4. Recipients
Special data will be shared only with suppliers who need it to deliver the requested service, and only to the extent necessary.
5. Withdrawing consent
The user may withdraw consent, but doing so may affect the ability of Avangarde Tourism or its suppliers to accommodate the special requirements requested.
6. Retention period
Special data is retained only as long as necessary for organising and delivering the trip, resolving complaints, or complying with legal obligations, after which it is deleted, anonymised, or restricted.
