Choose an offer, press Book and complete the checkout with your details. You can pay directly online and you will instantly receive a confirmation email. You don't need an account to book, but with one you can follow all your bookings in one place.
How can I request a personalized offer?
Fill out the form in the Contact section, write to our AI assistant on the website, or contact us directly by phone or email. A dedicated consultant will reach out with proposals tailored to your destination, period and budget.
What does the displayed price include?
Each offer lists exactly what is included - accommodation, meals, flight or transport where specified. Transfers, travel insurance and optional excursions can be added separately. The displayed price is final, with no hidden fees.
How can I pay for a booking?
We accept online payments by credit/debit card and payments by bank transfer. You can pay the full amount at booking, and for selected offers you can start with just a deposit.
Can I pay a deposit and the rest later?
Yes, for offers that display the deposit option you can pay an advance at booking and the remaining balance later, before departure. The exact percentage and terms are shown on each offer.
Can I reserve a spot without paying right away?
For offers marked with the reservation option you can hold your spot without immediate payment. You receive a proforma with a payment deadline, and the booking is confirmed once the payment is made.
Can I modify the dates and hotels in the offers?
Yes, our offers are flexible. We can adjust the period, hotel, room type and included services according to your preferences - just tell us what you need and we'll prepare an updated proposal.
Are there discounts for groups?
Yes, many offers include automatic group discounts - the more people travel together, the lower the price per person. The discount is applied automatically at checkout based on the number of travelers.
What documents do I receive after booking?
Right after payment you receive a booking confirmation by email. The invoice, the travel contract and the accommodation vouchers are then issued by our team and sent to you before departure.
What happens if I need to cancel my trip?
