Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. 30 days or more before departure: Full refund. 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused services, or early departure from the tour. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days. If the tour is cancelled by the company due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future departure date. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and loss of personal belongings. By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted this Cancellation Policy.
