Custom Offer Request Conditions

1. Purpose

These conditions apply when a user submits a custom offer request through the platform, by email, phone, messaging apps, or any other official Avangarde Tourism channel.

2. A request is not a booking

Submitting a custom offer request does not constitute a booking, travel contract, availability confirmation, or payment obligation. A request allows Avangarde Tourism to analyse the user's preferences and prepare a commercial proposal.

3. Contacting the user

By submitting a request, the user asks to be contacted by Avangarde Tourism for clarifications, recommendations, offer delivery, and, where applicable, negotiation or adjustment of the proposal.

4. Required information

The user must provide accurate and complete information: destination, travel dates, number of travellers, budget, preferences, contact details, and any relevant special requirements. If the request includes data about other persons, the user confirms they have the right to provide it.

5. Offer validity

A custom offer will include a validity period stated in its content. If no period is stated, the offer is indicative and may be changed until availability is confirmed and the offer is formally accepted.

6. Prices and availability

Prices, availability, and supplier conditions may change until the booking is confirmed. A custom offer does not guarantee seats, rooms, rates, or services until written confirmation and the required payment are received.

7. Converting an offer into a booking

An offer becomes a booking only after the user:

• Accepts the specific conditions of the offer.
• Accepts the General Terms & Conditions.
• Provides the required data for all participants.
• Makes the required payment (deposit or full payment), where applicable.

8. Personal data

Data provided with a custom offer request is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, for the purpose of analysing the request and communicating the offer.

9. Marketing

If the user wishes to receive promotions, newsletters, or other commercial communications, they must give separate consent via the dedicated option in the form. Commercial communications are not sent automatically based on offer requests.
