Romania Photo Tour – Transylvania

A photographic circuit through Transylvania, organized for a small group of 6 people. The program combines medieval citadels, Saxon villages, fortified churches, traditional architecture, and rural landscapes, using the same accommodation throughout the entire period.

Accommodation Clasic Haus Sighișoara

4 nights

Accommodation is provided at Clasic Haus Sighișoara, a property with an elegant atmosphere, suitable for a group of creators and photographers. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom, modern amenities, and soundproofing. The property features a seasonal outdoor pool, garden, bar, Wi-Fi, and free private parking.

For the group, the following will be reserved:

Circuit Program Day 1 – Bucharest – Sighișoara

Departure in the morning from Bucharest by van, with stops for meals and rest.

Upon arrival:

Sighișoara is a well-preserved medieval fortified town, and its historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 2 – Viscri – Rupea Citadel

After breakfast, departure to the village of Viscri.

Viscri is part of the ensemble of Transylvanian villages with fortified churches inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

Return to Sighișoara.

Day 3 – Biertan – Saschiz – Sighișoara

Breakfast and departure to Biertan.

Continue the route to Saschiz, where the following will be done:

Biertan and Saschiz are among the seven villages with fortified churches included in the UNESCO property dedicated to the Saxon heritage in Transylvania.

In the afternoon, return to Sighișoara for free time, photo editing, and another sunset session.

Day 4 – Sibiu – ASTRA Museum

Breakfast and departure to Sibiu.

The morning is dedicated to the ASTRA Open Air Museum, where participants can take:

photographs of traditional households; shots of mills and technical installations; landscape photography; ethnographic details; ambient portraits; short videos for reels and online content.

The ASTRA Museum is located in Dumbrava Sibiului and showcases the heritage of traditional Romanian folk civilization in a vast open-air space.

In the afternoon, a photo session in the historic center of Sibiu:

Piata Mare (Grand Square); Piata Mica (Small Square); The Bridge of Lies; Piata Huet (Huet Square); The Stairs Passage; historic streets and passages.

Return to Sighisoara in the evening.

Day 5 – Sighisoara – Brasov – Bucharest

Breakfast and check-out.

Departure to Brasov for a photo session in the historic center:

Piata Sfatului (Council Square); Black Church – exterior; Strada Sforii (Rope Street); Ecaterina Gate; the old streets of the city; urban shots with Tampa Mountain in the background.

Free time for lunch, individual photos, and souvenir shopping.

In the afternoon, departure to Bucharest by van.
