Pre-contractual Information for Tourist Packages

1. When this document applies
This document applies to offers that constitute package travel services or situations where the client must be informed of their rights before the contract is concluded, in accordance with applicable package travel legislation.
2. Package identification
The package name, offer code, destination, period, organiser identity, and, where applicable, the intermediary's identity, are stated on the offer page and in documents sent at checkout. Insolvency protection: [to be completed].
3. Nature of the package
The combination of travel services offered to the client constitutes a package travel service if it meets the conditions set out in applicable legislation. In that case, the client benefits from the legal rights applicable to tourist packages under Romanian and European law.
4. Travel services included
The services included in the package (transport, accommodation, car rental, other relevant tourist services) are specified on the offer page and in the offer-specific conditions.
5. Price and payment
The total price, currency, and included/excluded details are stated on the offer page. Payment conditions (deposit, deadlines, methods) are those set out in the offer-specific conditions and in the General Terms & Conditions.
6. Traveller's main rights
Before concluding the contract, the traveller is informed, among other things, of:
- Essential information about the package (services, price, period, destination).
- The existence of a trader responsible for the overall execution of the package.
- The existence of a contact point for assistance during travel.
- The possibility of transferring the package to another person, under the conditions of law.
- The rules on price revision — permitted only under conditions allowed by law and expressly provided in the contract.
- The possibility of terminating the contract before the package begins, with possible penalties.
- Insolvency protection for the reimbursement of amounts paid and, where applicable, repatriation.
- The right to file complaints and receive assistance in the event of difficulty.
7. Price revision
After confirmation of the contract, the price may only be revised in cases permitted by law and where this possibility is expressly provided in the contractual documents. The client will be notified in advance of any significant revision.
8. Cancellation and refund
The traveller may terminate the contract before the package begins, under the conditions of the contractual documents and applicable legislation. Penalties and non-refundable amounts are stated in the offer-specific conditions. Further details: Complaints, Refunds & Assistance Procedure.
9. Contract transfer
The traveller may request to transfer the package to another person, with reasonable notice and payment of any actual additional costs incurred, where applicable and where suppliers permit it.

11. Confirmation on durable medium
At the time of conclusion of the contract or immediately thereafter, the client is sent a confirmation of the contract and relevant documents on a durable medium, normally by email.
12. Acceptance
Before finalising the booking, the client confirms that they have received, been able to review, and understood this pre-contractual information.
