Specific Conditions of the Selected Offer

1. Offer identification

Each offer published on the platform includes: offer code, offer name, destination, travel period, number of participants, and offer type (tourist package / individual service / intermediated service / linked travel arrangement).

2. Legal role of Avangarde Tourism

For each offer, Avangarde Tourism acts as organiser, intermediary, booking platform, or consultant, as indicated on the offer page. The identity of the principal organiser or supplier is stated in the offer-specific conditions.

3. Included and excluded services

The offer-specific conditions clearly state:

• Included services: accommodation, room type, meals, transport, transfers, excursions, guide, assistance, etc.
• Excluded services: local/city taxes, travel insurance, optional luggage, meals not included, visas/consular fees, other additional costs.

4. Prices and currency

The total price and currency are stated on the offer page. Unless specified otherwise, the price is per person and includes the taxes expressly mentioned. Rules for children/minors (free under 2, discounts for ages 2–12) are specified per offer.

5. Payment

• Deposit: the amount or percentage (between 10% and 90%) and due date, if configured. If no deposit is configured, full payment is required at checkout.
• Final payment: the remaining amount, due at least 21 days before the departure date, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Payment methods: bank transfer (EUR, USD, RON), VISA/Mastercard credit/debit card via Stripe, PayPal in EUR (coming soon).
• Invoices: deposit invoice on deposit payment; balance invoice when the booking is marked as fully paid.

Payments must be made exclusively through Avangarde Tourism's official methods. Payment to unauthorised persons is not accepted and does not discharge the payment obligation.

6. Cancellation conditions

The cancellation policy is specific to each offer and is displayed on the offer page before booking. It may include penalties expressed as an amount or percentage of the total price, depending on when the cancellation is made relative to the departure date.

7. Refunds

Refundable amounts are returned after verification of the offer conditions, amounts retained by suppliers, and any applicable fees or penalties. The estimated processing time is stated in the offer-specific conditions or in the Complaints, Refunds & Assistance Procedure.

8. Booking changes

Changes to names, dates, services, participants, or other elements are possible only if suppliers permit them and may involve additional fees.

9. Booking transfer

Transfer of a booking to another person may be possible with reasonable notice and payment of any actual additional costs incurred, if suppliers and the specific conditions permit it.

10. Special requirements and medical data

Providing special data requires the user's explicit consent, as described in the Special Data Consent Notice.

11. Relationship with the General Terms

Where there is a difference between the General Terms & Conditions and the specific conditions of an offer, the specific conditions prevail for that offer, unless the law requires otherwise.
