Cancellation Policy We understand that travel plans may change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to cancellations, amendments and refunds. Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to secure a booking. Cancellations by Travellers: - More than 45 days before departure: The deposit will be forfeited. Any additional payments will be refunded, less any non-refundable supplier costs. - 30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total package price will be charged. - 15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total package price will be charged. - 14 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the total package price will be charged. Amendments and Transfers: Requests to change travel dates or transfer a booking to another traveller are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Tour Cancellations: If the tour is cancelled by the organiser, travellers will be offered a refund of payments made or the option to transfer their booking to an alternative departure date, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, border closures or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, reasonable alternative arrangements will be explored. Refunds will depend on recoverable supplier costs and applicable contractual terms. Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays and other unforeseen events. Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Applicable cancellation charges and refunds will be calculated according to the terms above and relevant consumer-protection requirements. By confirming a booking, travellers acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
