- Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure may incur an administration fee. - Cancellations made 30–59 days before departure may incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost. - Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure may incur a charge of 75% of the total booking cost. - Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure, as well as no-shows, may be charged 100% of the total booking cost. - Any non-refundable deposits, flights, accommodation or activity costs will be charged according to the relevant supplier's cancellation terms. - Changes to travel dates or itinerary arrangements are subject to availability and may result in additional costs. - Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after cancellation fees and supplier charges have been deducted. - Travellers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage and travel disruptions.
